Cheryl Ouano sues radioman

Tired of being the subject of at least three radio commentaries attacking her reputation, Mandaue City Sports Commission chairperson Cheryl Ouano filed a libel complaint against radio dyHP anchor Joash Dignos yesterday afternoon.

Cheryl, daughter-in-law of Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo “Teddy” Ouano, said Dignos’ commentaries last July 13, 14 and 17 not only affected her but also her family, especially her ailing father.

In his radio program “Birada,” Dignos reportedly said the mayor has sexual relations with Cheryl.
