New townhouse proj. catches interest of buyers, realtors

Real estate agents and buyers are excited over the completion of a townhouse subdivision in Talamban, Cebu City.

Built by Cebu-grown PFORM Corp., Jasmine Townhouses drew over 100 agents and buyers during its recent opening.

Located on Tak-an Road, a kilometer away from the main highway in Talamban, Jasmine Townhouses are designed after San Francisco, California urban homes. Units cost between P2.2 million to P2.9 million.

Living space of the townhouses range from 85 square meters (sq.m.) to 116 sq.m. Some units have two or three bedrooms.

Those who have seen the structures praise the developer for coming up with elegantly designed homes, high quality materials and good workmanship.

The exterior of the houses are brick veneered and inner walls are concrete-filled hollow blocks. Floors as well as the bathroom are already tiled. The kitchen is also equipped with oven-stove.

PFORM Corp. said the houses exceed standards set by the City Engineer’s Office.

Lawyer Hidelito Pascual, who handles the legal development of PFORM Corp., said the site of the townhouses is ideal for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Marie Ernestine Science High School chief executive officer Dr. Marie Fajatin offered buyers of the townhouses an opportunity to enroll their children in the school with a 50-percent discount.

The school, which opened last June, is about 70 meters away from Jasmine Townhouses.

The townhouse project has the strong financial support of the Philippine National Bank.

The townhouses can be purchased through bank financing or rent-to-buy scheme. (PR)
