Beauty, wellness show to attract industry players

Health and wellness industry players will converge during the Beauty, Health and Wellness Show to be held at the SM City Cebu on Sept. 22 to 24.

The show, which will have the theme “Now Cebu!,” will showcase the products and services of industry players.

The show aims to position Cebu as the emerging nirvana of wellness with the fast growth of the beauty, health and wellness industry in the province.

The show is organized by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (CCCI), under a committee headed by vice president for business development Dr. Edward S. Gaisano. The event will be conducted in cooperation with the newly organized Spa and Wellness Association of Cebu.

The Beauty, Health and Wellness Show last year attracted thousands of viewers and the participation of exhibitors and sponsors from Manila and the Visayas.

This year’s show, the second organized by the chamber, promises to be the biggest event in the sector, not only in Cebu but also in the Visayas and Mindanao.

The CCCI hopes to surpass last year’s performance by showcasing Cebu’s pride as the upcoming spa and wellness destination of the country.

The show will feature hands-on demonstrations and fora where industry professionals share their expertise, latest developments and insights on the modern world’s health and fitness sector. (PR)
