In Cebu, a concert with annotations will be held on Aug. 26 at the CENEWOF Theater of the Marcelo B. Fernan Hall, Cebu Press Center, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City, at 8 p.m.
Entitled “A Mostly Mozart” piano concert, it features pianist Rudolf Pelaez Golez, with Russel Brandon as annotator, providing explanations on the program for the audience’s better appreciation of the music.
Golez began piano studies at the age of four with his mother, Dr. Rafaelita Pelaez-Golez.
He studied at the Juilliard School of Music Preparatory Division in New York under the tutelage of Seymour Lipkin.
