Captain barbell on Wish Ko Lang!
In GMA 7’s Wish Ko Lang! lives are touched and hope is renewed when deserving individuals are granted their lifelong wish.
Today, host Vicky Morales and her team will again move viewers to tears with the stories of Kenneth and Gloria.
Kenneth, 8 years old, is a grade 4 student who looks up to Captain Barbell.
Born to an impoverished family, Kenneth finds solace in watching his favorite program. According to his parents, Captain Barbell has inspired Kenneth to be a good boy and an obedient son. There is nothing that Kenneth would want more than meet Richard Gutierrez aka Captain Barbell in person. Would the busy young actor find time for a fan?
Gloria used to be full of life and a source of strength to her family. But breast cancer has left her weak and bedridden. Unable to afford professional medical help, Gloria’s family relies on an albularyo. The latter believes spirits from another world are to be blamed for Gloria’s condition. Is there any way for Gloria to be relieved?
