Imbestigador turns six
Imbestigador has a lot of reasons to celebrate these days.
Entering its seventh year—a rare feat for any hard-hitting, no-nonsense investigative broadcast program on primetime, Palimos Po, marked its sixth anniversary successfully.
Also, Imbestigador’s Action Center was able to serve over 500 people who needed free legal advice (shown in photo). The turnout was so high that Imbestigador extended its service hours up to 9 p.m. Imbestigador was helped by volunteer lawyers namely Attorneys Wyrlou Samodio, Harold Banzuela, Conrado Leano III, Stephen Cascolan, Rolando Sibal, Dexter Calizar, Viney Ibarra, Eric Estoesta, Leny Mauricio and James dela Vega.
Tonight, Mike Enriquez’ Imbestigador features the sorry state of some of our top tourist attractions as part of the program’s 6th anniversary special.
Find out how the Ifugao Rice Terraces, the so-called “Eighth Wonder of the World”, is being overrun by houses and fishponds. Learn how Palawan’s beaches and corals are being damaged by illegal fishing.
Meantime, Bohol may also lose its top crowd-drawer - dolphin and whale-watching – due to dynamite fishing. The historic Biak na Bato caves in Bulacan are also crumbling because of mining and quarrying.
Imbestigador airs every Saturday night, right after Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, on GMA-7.
