TeleTech hires more people for new call center in Cebu

TELETECH Holdings, Inc., “the pioneer and the biggest business process outsourcing provider in the country,” announced the hiring of people for its newly opened center in Cebu.

Located at A. S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City, the TeleTech customer management center (CMC) is looking to fill up more than 500 positions for its Cebu CMC. 

Job openings include customer service representatives and team leaders. 

Also available are leadership positions such as language and product trainers and workforce planning, quality assurance, information technology specialists and human resources and recruitment specialists and business communication specialists.

“TeleTech’s expansion in the Philippines forms part of its overall global expansion and proven dedication to customer satisfaction,” vice president and general manager Maulik Parekh said. 

“Amid such growth, TeleTech remains committed to developing the local workforce, communities and families,” he added.

“We now have more than 8,000 employees in our centers in eight large call centers in the country. By the end of 2006, we expect to open additional customer management centers and employ more than 10,000 Filipinos,” stated Parekh.

Interested applicants must be graduates of any four-year course with excellent communication skills in English, and are willing to work night shifts.
