A MEMBER of the Alpha Kappa Rho (Akrho) fraternity is in the list of most wanted persons in Central Visayas, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) 7 and the Police Regional Office (PRO) 7 said.
Aristotle “Aris” Aves, implicated in at least 10 murder and homicide cases in Cebu City, is ninth in the list released yesterday.
The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) has placed Aves first in the list of 10 most wanted fraternity members in the city.
A bounty of P150,000 has been allotted by the Cebu City Government for his arrest.
Acting CCPO Director Melvin Gayotin created a “Task Force Aves” and designated Senior Insp. George Ylanan as commander.
Roy Erecre, the reported secretary of the executive committee of the Central Visayas Regional Party Committee of the Communist Party of the Philippines is sixth. He has a rebellion case in Talibon.
Crispin Guba, alias Patok, who has been in the list of the Cebu Provincial Police Office since 2002 is listed seventh. He has a pending murder casein Cebu City.

Number one in the list is Raul Villar, alias Ka Drilon, a member of the Revolutionary Proletariat Army-Alex Bonca-yao Brigade.
He was the leader of the May 8, 2002 robbery and killing of the three employees of the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of Sta. Catalina, Oriental Negros.
He was charged with robbery with multiple homicide. There’s P800,000 reward for his capture.
Others in the list are Demetrio “Jimmy” Lindayao of Dumaguete City (rape case), Rodrigo “Drigo” Labitad of Cebu (four counts of murder and attempted homicide), Cresenciano “Olpok” Enojo of Dumaguete City (three counts of murder and frustrated murder), Richard Semblante of Mandaue City (murder case), Zeric Conde Mondares of Bohol (robbery in band) and Hermes Empuerto Son of Dumaguete City (murder, robbery with intimidation, illegal possession of firearms).
