Developer offers rent-to-own units in 2 subdivisions

PROPERTY developer Ramman Realty Development Corp. (RRDC) has thought of a way to help ease up the financial requirements needed to purchase their house-and-lot units.

Delma Araño of the RRDC marketing department said the company is now offering, through rent-to-own purchase scheme, some units in its lower-end subdivisions — St. Jhudiel South Homes located in Tuyan, Naga, Cebu and Beaumont Hills Subdivision located in Yati, Liloan, Cebu.

Since house-and-lot units in these subdivisions are already ready for occupancy, takers, who are Pag-ibig members, may immediately move in after paying rent worth three months.

“With this amount, which is roughly P15,000, buyers can already move in without waiting for the approval of their Pag-ibig housing loan applications. But they have to process the loan within eight months,” Araño told Sun.Star Cebu.

She said the eight-month rent will be deducted from the total amount buyers will have to pay RRDC once their loan applications are granted. After eight months, occupants will be paying monthly rent or amortization.

About 10 units are available under the promotional program at St. Jhudiel, which is a few kilometers from South General Hospital, while more than 10 units are still open for buyers at Beaumont Hills. (JBN)
