An evening of Bossa

GET ready to be enchanted by the country’s premier bossa nova artist, Sitti Navarro, as she performs her soulful versions of Girl From Ipanema, I Didn’t Know I Was Looking For Love, One Note Samba, and her original hit Para Sa Akin in a magical night entitled Sitti: An Evening With Bossa.

The much-awaited concert will be on December 1 and 2, 8:30 pm at the Onstage (Cinema 1) at the Ayala Center Cebu. Sitti has been a refreshing breather in the local lounge jazz/bossa nova scene. With a voice so unique, it enchants and at the same time reverberates one’s passion for the music.

Since the age of 16, Sitti had been performing gigs at the Hyatt Calesa Bar and others. In 2004, MTV Philippines started MTV Supahstar: D’ Super Search, where Sitti was one of the winners.

Since then, Sitti has left an unmistakable imprint in the country’s music industry with her soothing sound which is undeniably showcased in her debut album, Cafe Bossa. Other notable cuts from her successful offing are Jorge Ben’s Mas Que Nada and Bart Howard’s Fly Me To The Moon.

The success of her first album has also spawned the Sitti Live! album which was recorded live during her concert at the Ortigas Park in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Tickets are available at Sitti ticket booths in Ayala Center, Cebu., near Customer Care Booth at the ground floor and at the OnStage (Cinema 1).

Ticket prices are pegged P1,200 & P800. All seats are reserved.

Sitti: An Evening of Bossa is brought to you by Red Tag Events and Productions in cooperation with Dockers San Francisco and Cebu City Marriott Hotel. For Reservations call Red Tag Events & Productions at 414-7257.
