Regal Business Hotel redefines concept of service
REGAL Business Park Hotel just across Ayala Center Cebu, redefines the concept of “intimate service.”
As a boutique hotel, Regal got the idea from a concept that originates from North America that suggests an intimate, luxurious or quirky small hotel that offers premium services usually located in a fashionable location.
The 34-room boutique hotel affords transients with economy, standard, business, and executive suite room options. It is also complete with a function room that can accommodate up to 80 persons. In the near time, it will also open a small spa. Currently, the hotel is undergoing an interior lift.
“Usually when we speak of hotels, we often associate it with big establishments, but in other countries, say in France, even a small 10-room house can be considered a hotel so long as they give premium service,” said John Franco, food and beverage operations manager of Regal, who recently went to France for further culinary training.
Managed by the Franco family who are hands-on over the hotel operations, they make sure that every guest is treated like a member of the family. (JJC)
