Exemplary customer service recognized by Cebu Holdings

DURING its 18th anniversary celebration, Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) awarded employees and outsourced personnel who rendered exemplary customer service during the year.

On its second year, the Annual Customer Service Excellence Awards was instituted by CHI to recognize the efforts of employees who consistently displayed above-average service in addressing customer complaints and concerns, or had shown exemplary character during extraordinary circumstances.

Among the awardees these year were outsourced personnel assigned at Ayala Center Cebu and at Park Towers 1 and 2.

These include Renante Lavides, Francisco Manigos, Edgardo Paragoso, Jimmy Pepito and Jospeh Siarza. These personnel consistently received above-average ratings in a system designed by the company to gauge customer satisfaction of services rendered.

A CHI employee, Flair Sabellano, was also awarded for service recovery for saving an account by going beyond what was required of her job. Another set of awards were also given out to security guards Gonicar Florentino, Allan Herry and John Cuberos assigned at Ayala Center Cebu.

The Asiatown I.T. Park Security Force was also awarded last Friday for helping apprehend a mugger. Security guards Gardson Antipala and Ignacio Son, Jr. came to the aid of an employee at the eOffice who was being attacked by a mugger. They apprehended the suspect and escorted the victim to the police station to file a complaint.
