Herbal products maker says sales ‘picking up’

DESPITE the growing popularity of herbal supplements in the province, many Filipinos, Cebuanos in particular, have lost confidence in their therapeutic claims, an official from Kinetics Philippines said.

“Nawawala yung tiwala nila because ang tagal ng effects considering they have spent so much money already,” Neil Catedrilla, Kinetics Philippines area manager for Cebu and Davao said.

Catedrilla said that while he finds the Cebu market “hard to penetrate,” the company’s sales performance is picking up.

Improve

However, Catedrilla told Sun.Star Cebu, with the development of new technologies to further improve the quality of herbal products, they are now “fast-acting,” depending on the severity of the sickness.

“As early as 30 minutes, you can already feel the effect,” Catedrilla said.

“Soon, they will learn to appreciate the product, especially that we have adopted new technologies for faster and efficient results,” he added.

More

Kinetics is engaged in the network distribution of health products, which includes, among others, US-based Hamida Pharma and Blue Miracle.

According to Catedrilla, Kinetics’ 24 product lines are targeted for specific health problems in the kidneys, cardiovascular system, liver, digestive system and reproductive system and common ailments like rheumatism, cold and flu, among others.

Products

Kinetics distributes products like Best Man, Car-dipril, Diablin, Enermax, Femapos, Femasooth, Fi-bromyol, Flexoprin,
Vira-care, Gastrol, Hepacol, Kleer head, among others.

He said the ingredients are from a variety of herbal plants, such as olive leaf, pomegranate and ginger.

He added that the company will soon add more to its existing product lines to cater to eye problems and anti-oxidants to address various types of cancers. (MMM)
