LIKE the sun retiring into the night after a hectic day, Cebu Gov. Gwen Garcia stepped out of the limelight and stopped giving press conferences and statements to the media.
She was simply avoiding fault-finders in the media.
Long days of rain, which at times expose some leaks, make us crave for the sun.
Will Gov. Gwen’s absence make “sanctimonious” opinion makers yearn for her?
But then absence also makes the heart grow fonder—for someone else.
