Consulting center to give HR seminars

THE current business landscape in the country requires business leaders and Human Resource (HR) professionals to be HR trends- savvy.

A successful business enterprise can even soar higher when it is able to attract, recruit and retain top caliber talent.

With all these concerns in mind, Leaders Link Training and Consulting Center greets the New Year with two training seminars in a row.

In a seminar entitled “International HR Innovations and Trends” on Jan. 10, HR practitioners, business owners and managers will learn to identify the HR trends that influence and transform the way the business operates, the changing role of HR professionals and business leaders, and the leading edge workplace strategies.

Strategies

A two-day seminar called “Hiring and Retention Strategies” on Jan. 11 to 12 will assist general managers, HR practitioners, business owners and recruitment specialists in developing effective retention strategies for their employees to grow with the company.

Rina Guerrero, a hands-on international HR professional based in Canada, will conduct all the seminars, which are specialized to meet industry and personal needs.

Discounts

There are also discounts in store for enrollees.

A 10 percent discout will be given to early enrollees on or before Jan. 2.

A 50 percent discount will be given on the 5th enrollee if a group of five will enroll.

A group of eight will only have to pay for seven slots.
