The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) is giving Ayala Corp. more time to work on the P2-billion contract of the Carmen Bulk Water Supply Project.
Lost in the midst of this controversial project, however, is the state of Carmen’s water supply system.
While the town is selling water to MCWD, some residents complained to me their faucets are running dry.
