Speak out: Miss Pre-Teen USA is 'bisdak'

LET me bring to your attention another remarkable achievement, that of a young, intelligent and multi-talented "BisDak" here in America.
Unknown to many, the present National All American Miss Pre-Teen USA 2007 titleholder is a Bisaya.

She is Addie Valerie Torres Amper, the 13-year-old daughter of Valerio Amper of Loay and Addievi Torres of Alicia, Bohol.
She won the contest, which was held in Anaheim,California, last Thanksgiving.
Some 200 delegates from different counties and states here in America participated in the activity.
The Ampers are currently residing in the City of Mission, Texas.
