‘Kampi’ brings rivals together
A prime mover (above) on its way to Talisay City collides with an Innova patrol car at the South Road Properties. The patrol car was dragged 21 meters from point of impact and was left with an imprint of the truck’s number on its side. Seawall prevented the car from plunging into the sea. “One Cebu has a separate identity,” stressed Capitol consultant Pablo John Garcia.

Vice Gov. Gregorio Sanchez Jr. said he was informed only yesterday about today’s activity, but added that he is behind the governor’s decisions in setting the direction for their group.
