GENESIS Homes Subdivision, a three-hectare subdivision with more than 500 housing units, will be launched today at Sudtungan, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.
“The project is the fulfillment of ProHomes Development’s longtime mission to develop a community where residents can embrace the joy of comfortable living in a socio-economic setting,” said Beverly Dayanan, president of ProHomes Development Inc.
Genesis is the maiden project of ProHomes Development Inc. in collaboration with Johndorf Ventures Corp., one of the leading providers of decent and affordable housing in the country.
Genesis Homes Subdivision is situated among high-end subdivisions and just a few kilometers away from the city center.
It is close to Mactan Doctor’s Hospital, schools, commercial areas and MEPZ-II.
Mediterranean inspired homes are affordable with a monthly amortization ranging from P1,000 to P4,000.
