SM CITY Cebu will hold its first-ever Waste Market Fair at the V-Hire Terminal from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 2.
The public can earn extra from garbage and, at the same time, do something good for the environment.
Scrap buyers will trade or buy paper scraps, like cartons, newspapers, notebooks and bondpaper, used ink and toner cartridges, junk electronic equipment (old CPUs, computer monitors), used lead acid batteries for cars, trucks, UPS and rechargeable lamps, used PET plastic bottles and other plastic products and aluminum or tin cans.

“This is SM City Cebu’s way of giving its loyal customers a chance to do their share in helping protect the environment. There are plans for this project to be a regular monthly event at the SM City Cebu,” the establishment said in a statement.
