IN an apparent fit of anger, Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña yesterday stopped the construction of a four-story, 20-classroom building for the Lahug Elementary School.
His reason: his opponent last May 14, Lahug Barangay Captain Mary Ann de los Santos, said during the campaign that he had not given any project to Lahug.
City Hall education consultant Joy Augustus Young revealed that Osmeña was angry when they saw each other in Osmeña’s house.
