Angelica said that Requiroso called her and invited her to his house because he had snacks inside.
But after giving her some food, he allegedly instructed her to place his penis inside her mouth.
At about 2 p.m., Angelica’s mother ordered her other daughter to look for Angelica because she could not find the younger one anywhere.
When the sister saw Angelica, Requiroso also allegedly offered her some food.
But the sister ran home and told her mother what she saw.
A commotion ensued. It turned out a policeman, SPO4 Ernesto Navales, was in the area and heard the mother’s complaints.
Navales then invited Requiroso to the police station for questioning. There, he admitted the act and apologized to Angelica and her mother.
The police are preparing a child abuse case against him.

In Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island, a woman claimed that her five-year-old son’s penis was infected because he was molested by a male neighbor.
The incident reportedly happened in Bara-ngay Bitoon, Cinatarcan island, Sta. Fe.
The mother claimed that last Saturday evening, she noticed that her son had difficulty urinating. They went to see a doctor the next day because it got worse that morning.
When the doctor asked him what happened the day before, the boy said their neighbor lured him into a hut.
The boy said the neighbor told him to lie down. He claimed the neighbor then took out the boy’s penis and placed it inside his mouth.
PO2 Wilfredo Bunado advised the mother to bring her son so they could let their investigator talk to him. (MEA)
