Colliers’ decision to establish a presence in Cebu is client-driven.
“Our clients have always had requirements for brokerage services and valuation advice in the Visayas region and, previously, we have serviced these from our Manila head office” said David Young, Colliers managing director. “However, in the past year, our business in the region has accelerated to the extent that a presence in Cebu is a must if we are to ensure superior customer service.”
The new office will be headed by general manager Rudolfo Lafradez, who formerly operated Grandmetric Appraisal, based in Cebu.
Apart from offering brokerage, valuation and consulting services, Colliers will be extending its property and facilities management platform into the Visayas, building on an infrastructure that currently has operations centers in Manila, Batangas, Pampanga, Pangasinan and Vigan. (PR)
