Friday, July 13, 2007 Nestle Koko Duo thrills kids in Cebu launch
AS a rousing hello to a new school year, Nestle Koko Krunch Duo went to Ayala Center Cebu to launch the great chocolatey combination, new from Nestle Breakfast Cereals.
“Nestle Koko Krunch Pair-fect Duo Adventure,” the Cebu launch followed a highly successful launch held recently at the Glorietta Activity Center, Makati.
According to Kathleen Gosingco, consumer marketing specialist for Nestle Koko Krunch, some 17,000 people attended their Manila launch. They also sold around 2,000 backpacks and 400 boxes of Koko Krunch Duo.
The Cebu launch gathered some 2,000 kids and 4,000 adults on the first day.
High-energy activities happened in double doses during the event. Kids paired up as Duo Buddies as soon as they registered.
They entered the adventure area through the Taser Tunnel, which opened up a world of excitement filled with activities, prizes and surprises.
Entrance was absolutely free. Parents purchased a Nestle Koko Krunch Duo backpack for only P50, which contained a lot of goodies, and this served as their kid’s passport to the activities.
Nestle Koko Krunch Duo is the first product extension of Koko Krunch. It is a great combination of new white chocolate cereal mixed with the original Koko Krunch.
Gosingco emphasized that this new product shouldn’t worry mothers because it is enriched with 10 essential vitamins and minerals like calcium, iron, Vitamin C and carbohydrates. She encouraged mothers to buy Nestle Koko Krunch breakfast cereals for the school season.
Nestle Koko Krunch Duo is available in 170g and 25g packs in supermarkets nationwide.
