RSCC calls for family of 5 kids
THE Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Office 7, is calling the attention of the parents and relatives of five children.
A baby boy was abandoned beside the garbage bin of Patria de Cebu. He was found on May 12.

James Capalac, born on May 5, at the Minglanilla District Hospital was left by his mother, Sheila, of Seaside, Naga, Cebu on May 13.
A baby girl, estimated to be two months old, was left to the care of Ma. Cleofe Veloso Militante sometime in December 1999 in Fuente Osmeña, Cebu City.

Another child, John Carlo Garcia, was left by his mother Lovely at the pedia ward of Cebu City Medical Center. The mother is allegedly from Mambaling, Cebu City.
Eugenio IV Contado, on the other hand, was left by his mother when he was three months old under the care of Cris Aranas fo Tungkop, Minglanilla, Cebu.
The RSCC-DSWD is requesting the parents and relatives of the children to see social workers Annalisa Gubalane, Suchiella Arong or Leah Colis at the RSCC, corner of MJ Cuenco Ave. and Gen. Maxilom Ave., Cebu City, or call 233-8779 or 416-7516.
The failure of the parents and relatives to claim the child within one month will mean they could be declared legally abandoned in court.
