Kishanta development nears completion

SITE development at Kishanta, the landmark Aboitizland, Inc. project in South Cebu, is nearing completion.

Engr. Perla Bataluna, Aboitizland, Inc.’s construction management team leader explained that the subdivision will have paved roads, streetlights and fully functional drainage systems before year-end.

As site development nears completion, vecinos (Spanish for neighbors, a term Aboitizland has coined to mean lot owners in their various projects) are now preparing to develop their respective properties.

The company is also preparing for the construction of its house and lot units at the Kishanta site. The house and lot packages will also be available before year-end, announced Leorelei Ylaya, marketing manager. Kishanta’s house-and-lot package will be offer “bigger-than-usual lot sizes and attractive pricing.”

There will be 100 house and lot units that will be offered within the Kishanta development, reflecting the Zen theme around which the subdivision has been planned. The structures will be constructed using top-of-the-line technology in keeping with Aboitizland’s commitment to quality, durability and aesthetic value.

Kishanta is located in the hills of Talisay City and has been dubbed Aboitizland’s “best offer yet” to businessmen, professionals and overseas Filipino workers in the Central Visayas region.

The project, planned around the tropical Zen design concept, makes full use of the lush greenery and fantastic views that surround it–the trees and mountains to the west, the landscapes of Cebu City to the north, southern Cebu to the south and the urban environment and Bohol Strait to the east.

Kishanta offers a holistic approach to life in a tropical setting. Its design makes thoughtful use of light and space, the calming breezes, clean and simple lines, the greenery and inspiring views.

The 15-hectare property features top-of-the-line amenities such as the clubhouse, party hall, playcourt and children’s playground, picnic area and a view deck with a 360-degree panorama.

Its design also includes an infinity pool, herbal garden, Zen park, foot and jogging paths, meditation area and exercise stations and provisions for a convenience store and spa facilities.

The clubhouse will be 70 percent complete by December. The landscaped entrance to the subdivision will be fully operational by then and parks and streetscapes will also take shape.
