Talk back: Debellis’ letter
By Felix C. guanzon
Presidential Assistant for Central Visayas

THIS refers to the Speak Out item about the case of Ruby Debellis entitled “My Daddy’s seized car” (Sun.Star Cebu, Aug. 25, 2007), which is an open letter to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

We are concerned with her family’s problem and would very much like to help her in whatever way we can.

In this regard, we would like to get in touch with her through this newspaper and request her to call or visit us in our office at the Malacañang sa Sugbo, Port Area, Cebu City, with telephone numbers 256-2988/ 256-2999/ 256-2360/ 255-7059.
