THIS refers to the Speak Out item about the case of Ruby Debellis entitled “My Daddy’s seized car” (Sun.Star Cebu, Aug. 25, 2007), which is an open letter to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

We are concerned with her family’s problem and would very much like to help her in whatever way we can.
