The Legend properties: something for everyone

LEGEND Hotels International Corporation (LHIC) is a chain of value hotels that provides accommodations to a wide range of clientele— company executives, families, OFW’s, balikbayans provincial business travelers, students, local and foreign tourists.

Depending on one's travel needs, guests can choose to book a room at any of LHIC’s properties which include:

The Legend Villas (TLV), The Legend Palawan (TLP), The Mabuhay Manor (TMM) and Kabayn Hotel (KH).

Geared for businessmen and company executives, TLV is located at the heart of Metro Manila. Vigan-inspired in architecture and design, though old-world in feel, it answers up-to-date needs. Accommodations range from bi-level serviced apartments with dining and living areas to team rooms that can fit up to six individuals. Meeting rooms can hold from 10-12 people and common areas serve as Wifi hotspots.

TLP is located in Puerto Princesa and offers easy access to beaches, nature reserves and other tourist spots in the province through its in-house guided tours known as The Legend Palawan Experience (PAX). Catering to both business and leisure travelers, the hotel has large rooms that can accommodate as much as four to six guests to a room.

TMM is for visiting balikbayans and Filipino families living abroad who miss things Filipino. Guest rooms are designed for large families and their balikbayan boxes full of pasalubongs. Some units come with a living area for those who want a bit of home and family togetherness.

KH in Cubao and Pasay are designed to serve leaving and returning OFWs who do not have a place to stay in Manila while waiting for flights or transport to and from their provinces. The two properties also serve provincial business travelers who make frequent but short trips to Manila.

Whether one plans to stay long-term, overnight or just to freshen up, LHIC hotels also offer time-flexible packages.

For an overview of current promotions at the various properties, one may log on to www.legendhotels.com.ph or for other details, one may call LHIC's 24-hour customer care center at (02) 702-2700 to 04.
