Developer targets more houses in provinces in 2 yrs

VISTA Land and Lifescapes wants to rapidly expand its operations and strengthen its market position by implementing more housing projects in different provinces and double its geographical reach in the next two years.

This was disclosed by Vista Land vice president for Visayas Pam Gako.

“Our company has more than 30 years of professional experience in residential real estate development. We have always been here and have weathered all challenges in the industry,” she said.

Vista Land has an extensive land resource available for future development.

It has a total landholding of 1,434 hectares, about 1,185 hectares of which were acquired directly and about 249 hectares under joint venture agreements with land owners.

The firm operates through its four wholly-owned subsidiaries – Camella, Crown Asia, Brittany and Communities Philippines. Communities Philippines brings the three brands outside the Mega Manila area (Metro Manila and the neighboring provinces of Cavite, Laguna and Rizal).

Communities Philippines has 22 projects covering hundreds of hectares under development in 13 cities and municipalities as of March this year. (PR)
