Wednesday, October 03, 2007 Metro Gaisano holds 25th anniversary sale on Oct. 5-7
METRO Gaisano stores in Cebu (Metro Colon, Super Metro Mandaue and Metro Ayala) and in Metro Market! Market! in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, will celebrate their 25th Anniversary this year via a grand storewide sale from Oct. 5 to 7.
The sale event will showcase fun activities, big discounts and lots of surprises for their valued shoppers who have supported them through the years.
Shoppers will also get a chance to win exciting freebies in the “Anniversary Fun Part.”
Anyone who is celebrating his or her 25th birthday, 25th wedding anniversary or has a 25-month-old baby from Oct. 1-31 are all invited to come to Metro Gaisano stores from Oct. 1-5 and register in the “Certified 25 Celebrants.”
First 25 registrants in each store will receive a free gift pack.
Check one’s ID numbers or cellphone numbers, if it ends in number 25, register in any Metro Gaisano stores to win P500 gift certificate in the “Certified 25 Numbers.” Twenty-five winners will be drawn in each store on Oct. 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 4 p.m.
All MRC cardholders both temporary and permanent cardholders whose card number or points end with 25 can visit the MRC booth and receive a gift pack in the “MRC Certified 25 Numbers.” Offer is good for the first 25 customers.
All Supermarket shoppers during the Anniversary Sale on Oct. 5-7 will have the chance to join the “Hakot! Hakot! in 125 seconds.” Player will be given two minutes or 125 seconds to put as many items as he or she can for the game. A time marshal will be assigned to signal the start and end of the game.
Player will be awarded a maximum total amount of P5,000 worth of items.
A specially designed and limited edition “Metro Gaisano Celebrates 25 Magical Years” canvass tote bag will be available to shoppers for P25 only.
During the Anniversary Sale, leaflets of the Metro Brand Story together with the special Metro Flower will be given to customers with minimum P500 purchase from the department store or supermarket for free.
As an added treat, Metro Gaisano invited one of the hottest teen idols in Philippine television and cinema, Gerald Anderson on Oct. 5 and one of the country’s premiere comedian Tuesday Vargas, on Oct. 6 in Metro Colon at 2 p.m., Super Metro Mandaue at 4 p.m. and Metro Ayala at 6 p.m.
