Kishanta Zen Residences unveiled

ABOITIZLAND inc. presented its latest project, the 100-unit Kishanta Zen Residences within the subdivision that the company is developing in Talisay City.

Aboitizland inc. presented its latest project, the 100-unit Kishanta Zen Residences within the subdivision that the company is developing in Talisay City.

Pia Mantecon, Abotizland, Inc. vice president for sales, marketing and customer service, calls Kishanta Zen Residences “the best within the best,” as she explained that Kishanta is the company’s “best offer yet,” to families, businessmen and professionals in south Cebu.

Kishanta Zen Residences is a cluster of house and lot units occupying 1.6 hectares of 14-hectare development on a hill in Talisay City.

Presenting the features of the project to the media at a press conference, marketing manager Leorelie Ylaya emphasized the project’s distinct advantages, namely: “the much-coveted view from the top, Cebu’s only Zen-inspired ready-to-occupy houses, spacious homegrounds and available spaces for planned expansion.”

All the lots at Kishanta Zen Residences are 150-square meter cuts, “much more than the house-and-lot packages being offered in the market today,” Mantecon said.

All of the model models are single-detached units constructed at varying elevations within the site to allow each homemaker to take maximum advantage of the hillside breezes and the “breathtaking” panorama, she added.

The Ayya house model is a single-storey 55 square meters unit with three bedrooms. It will have a porch, kitchen, dining area, provision for a den or servant’s quarter and carport space. Its living area is designed to face the home’s private garden.

The Avasa is a 74 square meters two-storey house. Its features include three bedrooms and two toilet and bath units. The unit’s master bedroom will have its own toilet and bath.

The 100 square meters Mezara house model will have three bedrooms, separate maid’s quarters and a total of three toilets and baths. Its living area will face the private garden and its carport is expandable to accommodate two vehicles.

There will be 63 flat units and 27 slope units within the development.
