W4W to raise funds for group

WOMEN for Women, more popularly known as W4W, is a JCI-Zugbuana concept of privileged wo-men aiding and empowering less privileged women.

Two years ago, W4W raised funds for physically and emotionally abused women.

This year W4W ’07 aims to raise funds to support the Kahayag Network of Cancer Support Group.

Through this event, The Zugs, being an all-female chapter, also hopes to change passive behavior among women of all ages toward cancer awareness.

W4W ‘07 will be the ultimate coming together of 50 of Cebu’s esteemed and most beautiful Cebuanas, led by Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, donning the fabulous creations of some of the country’s highly respected fashion designers like Philip Rodriguez, Arcy Gayatin, Oj Hofer, Jun Escario, Cary Santiago, Jackie Climaco and Kate Torralba as well as noted fashion brands like Orange Juice for the kids and Loalde.

JCI Zugbuana’s Women for Women ‘07 will be on Nov. 30, at the Arctic Hall of Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.

Presentors

With a powerhouse of presentors, like Globelines Broadband and Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, co-presentors Schu, Casino Femme, StyleAssembly and sponsors FTV, HSBC, VMV Hypoallergenics, Hi-Precision, The Freeman, Cebu Daily News and the distinct touch of master fashion choreographer Jackie Aquino, W4W ’07, a celebration of femininity, talent, beauty and style, will be a surefire fabulous year ender and one event not to be missed.
