Developer dangles programs for buyers

WITH the current ripe investment environment, Communities Phils Inc. (CommPhil) is stressing the importance of property management in increasing the market value of real estate properties for potential sale or lease.

“You need to take real good care of it so it can appeal more to future buyers just in case you need to resell or lease it in the future,” said CommPhil Cebu head Tessie Lanot.

CommPhil is a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc.,

CommPhil’s property manager Land Net Property Management Inc. (PMI) has specialized services for homebuyers who see their residential properties as more of business opportunities.

Programs

For homebuyers who wish to offer their properties for lease, Land Net PMI has a program called Easy Leasing, a residential management service that enables renting hassle free.

Lanot said one has a greater advantage when firms like Land Net PMI manage one’s home instead of privately renting out one’s home units.

Repairs

Land Net PMI also has a program called HandyFix that CommPhil homebuyers can avail themselves of. Every time they need someone to fix some minor problems in their home unit, HandyFix personnel are just a phone call away with some services still under warranty, some free of charge and some with the most minimal service fees.

Lanot said the HandyFix also works for homebuyers who prefer to be residents themselves.

Communities Philippines, which handles projects of Vista Land & Lifescapes outside Mega Manila has residential developments here in Cebu like Azienda in Talisay, Pasadena in Guadalupe, Riverdale in Talamban, Vittoria in Lapu-Lapu City. (PR)
