Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino’s (WCCHC) Mizu restaurant offers all-you-can-eat tuna and salmon sashimi every Monday night for the whole month of December.
Sashimi aficionados are invited to devour an impressive whole tuna and a whole Norwegian imported wild salmon from 6 p.m.
to 8 p.m. for P415.00 per person, which includes a shot of sake.
Sashimi, traditionally considered the finest dish in Japanese cuisine, is generally eaten before other dishes with stronger flavors that can affect the palate.
Consequently, diners who indulge in Mizu’s all-you-can-eat Sashimi Mondays can enjoy a 20 percent discount on their meal when ordering other a la carte items during the same meal period.
With a 170 seating-capacity “zen-luxe” environment, including 4 private rooms and a teppanyaki room, Mizu offers a diversity of experiences – it is a gathering place for lunch and dinner offering authentic Japanese cuisine, it boasts of an array of enticing desserts, an extensive collection of premium wines and spirits, including sake and soju, and it offers premium UCC Coffee from Japan.
