Members get help

PHILHEALTH’S SM Business Service Center will receive until today payments from individually paying members and employers from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The center at SM City Cebu is located at the mall’s second level (near Prime Care).

Members may also secure a copy of their Member Data Record (MDR) at the center.

Starting September 2007, the MDR is now a primary requirement in filing a benefit claim.

MDRs are issued to members upon registration with Phil-Health and, in the case of employees, are mailed to their employers together with their PhilHealth number cards.

Schedule

For members who lost their MDRs or did not receive a copy, they may also request for a reprint at the Business Service Center.

After Feb. 1, the payment of premium and printing of MDRs will follow a specific schedule—Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for payment and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for MDR printing.
