ONE LAUGHS, THE OTHER CRIES. And one of them must be faking. Submitting to separate paraffin tests are Pasil Bry. Captain Romeo Ocarol and security guard Ericson Licaros Opingo (inset). Ocarol fired his gun at a concrete pavement and injured a man who, he said, was about to assault him. Opingo shot and wounded one of two teenagers who were teasing him about his belly.
