Sterling Bank opens coffee nook in all branches

THE Sterling Bank of Asia lives up to its value proposition of “Banking to a different beat” by opening the very first coffee nook found in a bank in all their branches.

It’s a place where customers can sit and relax as they wait for their turn on the counter.

The first coffee nook was opened in their main branch in Ayala Avenue and is now being rolled out to all other branches.

Sterling Bank offers a unique brand of service that creates an atmosphere that is not only conducive for business, but also conducive to building relationships.

The coffee nook brings the bank closer to its aim of offering world-class service touched by a strong sales culture and customer orientation.

Sterling Bank of Asia is thus a financial institution that offers genuine concern for its customers, not just with their business but also their well-being.

“This is just a small token that we would like to give everyone who graces our branches, from corporate executives up to the security guards and messengers. We are instilling a culture and environment of comfort and hospitality from the top level all the way down. Anyone can sit and have as much coffee as they want, as long as they are in the bank,” says Lamberto Villena, president and chief executive of the Sterling Bank of Asia.
