Aguilar to join MS Motosuit third leg

THE country’s top rider, Glenn Aguilar, had committed himself to race in the third leg of the 2008 MS Motosuit Motocross Series which will be held in Calambua, San Remegio on April 13.

Although there is no scheduled leg this month, race organizer Lou Ornopia promised a very exciting, thrilling and surprise-packed race as he marks his milestone in organizing races.

“This is the 10th year that I had been organizing motocross races in my place (Calambua) and this year I promised a very exciting and thrilling race,” Ornopia told Sun.Star Cebu yesterday.

Aguilar will be vying against top riders who include Erwin Uypitching and Pepo Rubi in the Expert Division as the highlight of the leg.

But aside from the exciting races, the Ornopia Cup will also hand out loyalty and recognition awards to the riders who never missed a single race in Ornopia’s 10 years of hosting a competition in Calambua.

“But aside from the prizes that we will be giving out to the riders, there are also a lot of prizes that will be raffled out to the spectators,” Ornopia added.

A brand new motorcycle is just one of the prizes that will be raffled off to the audience. (RCM)
