It was a proud day for Dr. Lizbeth Vicencio Regner when JLR Construction and Aggregates Inc., under the leadership of her children, Candice and Vergel, notched another milestone — the inauguration and blessing of a third concrete batching plant at the company premises in Tingub, Mandaue.
JLR stands for her late husband, Jose Luis Regner who founded the company in 1981. Under his training, Candice and Vergel learned the ropes and have even gone further by expanding the business.
