Tiu tips balance: month’s kegler
CLARK Tiu is now in the yearlong race for Bowler of the Year of 2008 as he dominated over all the other keglers over the weekend in the March Bowler of the Month tournament at the Gaisano Bowlingplex.
Tui had a strong start and established his dominance in the first game toppling 246 pins and had five more 200 plus games.
He finished with a total of 1,672 pinfalls.
Michelle Lim, last month’s champion, finished second with 1,582 total pinfalls.
In third was Bel Suelto Jr., with a total of 1,573 pinfalls, while Jacklynn Lim was two pinfalls shy of Suelto with 1,570 total pinfalls.
To sum up all bowlers, Clarence Tiu had 1,565 pinfalls, Lolong Uy finished with 1,529, Germaine Uang ended with 1,513, Wilbert Yu completed 1,472, Charly Michael scored a total of 1,465, Xyrra Cabusas had a total of 1,423, and Luther Tapaya was in last with 1,366 total. (EKA)
