PLEASE accept any heartfelt gratitude for publishing my letter last April 11, which incidentally was my birthday.

It was a wonderful gift as the message prompted the GSIS-Cebu head to call me that same day together with a promise that she will personally attend to my case.

It still remains to be seen, but it is a great solace that at last my plea had reached the ears of the right person.

I hope to God my call will serve as an effective instrument for pensioners who feel helpless and neglected.
