Developer constructs IT facility in Mandaue

ROBINLAND Inc. has appointed Colliers International, the country’s leading property services company, as the exclusive agent of Robinland Business Center.

The Robinland Business Center is an eight-level building with over 8,000 square meters of leaseable space for call centers, business process outsourcing locators and other offices.

The building will soon rise along Zuellig Ave., Mandaue City Reclamation Area where an upcoming commercial hub is being developed. It is very close to Cebu Doctors University and is overlooking the Cebu Harbour which is the future site of a marina and yacht club.

Robinland Business Center is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. It has been designed with “green building concepts,” making it more environment friendly with its sewage treatment plant, water recycling and energy efficient building design and airconditioning system.

It is located between two dormitory and condo buildings, which can serve as living quarters for future tenants.

The Robinland Business Center will be available for retrofitting in the last quarter of 2008.

Robinland creates innovative buildings and spaces focused on the market’s needs while promoting “green architecture.” (PR)
