He allegedly protected consignee Mike Cummings.(Sun.star file) THE Office of the Ombudsman wants fourteen people placed under formal criminal investigation for the controversial operation at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC). Among other findings, the ant-graft office will investigate the fourteen for causing undue injury, which is punishable by Sec. 3(e) of Republic Act 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
