Bila-bilaong sarap at City Sports Club
FILIPINOS are known for their generosity and hospitality. It’s innate for Filipinos to share. For them, it won’t be a real meal until it is shared.
With this in mind, the City Sports Club has come up Bila-Bilaong Sarap, a seven-course meal all inside a native bilao with soup and dessert.
The dishes are all purely Filipino and inspired from the different regions of the archipelago. Diners may choose from four set menus. Each set menu is good for six to 12 persons.
With Bila-Bilaong Sarap, one may indulge in Filipino comfort food like tinolang tanguigue, ensaladang am-palaya, pinakbet, inihaw na bangus, sinampalukang hipon, kilawing tanguigue, inihaw na pusit, crispy pork belly, tortang talong, pinaputok na isda and chicharong bulaklak, among others.
Call City Sports Club for more information and reservation.
