Boy, 11, files rape charges v. homosexual

WHILE one homosexual is busy pursuing the complaint he filed against hospital workers who removed a perfume canister from his rectum, a gay man has been brought up on charges that he allegedly molested an 11-year old boy.

City Prosecutor Nicolas Sellon yesterday approved the filing of a criminal case for rape against Jess Monteciño, 26, who also goes by the name of Jessa, before the Regional Trial Court (RTC).

RTC Judge Fortunato de Gracia Jr. ordered Monteciño committed to the Bagong Buhay Rehabilitation Center (BBRC) yesterday after the latter waived his right to a preliminary investigation. Bail is set at P120,000.

Monteciño was taken into custody by virtue of a citizen’s arrest by the victim’s 36-year-old mother.

The victim (name withheld because he is a minor and in compliance with the Anti-Rape Law) said the incident happened last May 16, somewhere in Barangay Mabolo.

In the sworn statement he gave the police, the victim narrated how he was playing basketball with a friend when Monteciño arrived and asked them to run an errand for him.

He said they refused but Monteciño didn’t go away.

Instead, he asked them a trivia question about a popular anime show entitled “Naruto” and gave P2 to the victim’s friend, who gave the right answer.

Monteciño then told the two boys to follow him home. In his apartment, he allegedly told the two to undress and threatened to slap them if they don’t. The two of them complied.

The victim said Monteciño, who by then had also undressed, herded them towards the bathroom.

Jessa, the victim said, allegedly instructed him to perform anal sex while he (Monteciño) performed oral sex on the other boy.

They were only allowed to leave after that. (KNR)
