CHI to build new condo at Cebu Business Park

CEBU'S economy is enjoying a boom cycle as a result of the continuing upsurge of the tourism and IT (information technology) industries.

Real estate has especially benefited from this trend with the need for commercial lots, office spaces, new shopping and
lifestyle concepts, and other related industries.

Known for its ability to constantly innovate and address market needs, Ayala Land affiliate, Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI), is poised to undertake another project to take advantage of these growing industries.

The real estate developer announced that it will be building another residential condominium within Cebu Business Park
(CBP).

This comes after the success of Park Towers One and Two, which were launched in 1995 and 1997, respectively. Since all the units in the two condo towers have already been sold out, the developer received several calls for another condominium project at the CBP.

The new building will be located at the heart of CBP, within a stones’ throw of Ayala Center Cebu and will be complemented with full access to a range of leisure and sports amenities.

The residential condominium will be designed based on the concept of Cebu as a resort island. It will be an iconic building in
the city, with excellent location and 24-hour security in a controlled environment.

With its track record of providing quality products, CHI assures residents and investors that the new project will have high value appreciation that only an Ayala brand of development can offer. (PR)
