Well, of course, those who are overweight they would like to trim down. But how can they do it without starving?
Yes, you can still eat the food you like as long as you know how to combine your food correctly just by making use of your new understanding of proper food combination. It is possible to achieve that. Food combining (a special term) works! This is not something that you have to take my word for but if you try and believe in it, then you will see a tremendous result in just two weeks.

What is going to happen to the food? The protein food in the stomach has putrefied as it takes eight hours to digest meat. Most of the carbohydrates have fermented and generate toxic acids. Because of the putrefaction and fermentation gas is formed. There is flatulence, heartburn, acidic feeling and indigestion. That is why people are tired after a meal like this.
