I am 92, having been born on May 23, 1916 and a GSIS retiree-pensioner with GSIS No. 160523-0005-7.

Last July 2007, I did not receive my monthly pension even if I have a GSIS E-card (No. 4404-5276-4126-4706).

I went to the GSIS-Cebu branch many times and underwent isometric identity procedure to activate an E-card.

I am appealing to GSIS to please activate my E-card so I can withdraw the monthly pension I have not received since July 7, 2007 or for ten months.
