Speak out: CAP scholars
By Lionel E. Bacaltos
Municipal Mayor, Sibonga

(The following is a letter to President Arroyo)

I am writing to you in behalf of the parents of the scolars of the College Assurance Plan (CAP).

The scholars’ parents came to my office seeking a solution to their problem about CAP.

The parents had gone to the CAP office and they were promised by the firm that it will pay for their college education.

It is sad, however, that until now CAP has not made good its promise.

It is along this line that I am requesting your good office to please help these scholars finish their education.

It is only good education that can help them alleviate their plight.

I hope you can help us on this.
