Nakada wins CCC monthly tournament

KENTO Nakada won the Class A title of the May 2008 Monthly Medal Tournament after scoring a 69 last Saturday at the Cebu Country Club.

Joseph Yukayguan finished runnerup after winning the countback over Wendell Yap via count-back.

Meanwhile, Jack Huang won the Class B title with a 67, seven strokes clear of the runnerup.

Johnny Siao and Ben Dapat both finished with a 68 but Siao got the runnerup via countback.

Dapat won the Seniors Division title with his 68 with Serge Romero securing the first runner-up trophy also with 68.

The Class C went to Lau Rogero, who had a round of 66, beating Justin Uy by just one stroke.

Class D

Gerry Collon’s 65 got him the Class D title, while Angelo Boy Barcelo finished runnerup with a 69.

On the other hand Alex Yeo ruled the guest division via countback over Victor Gocelo after both tallied an identical round of 74. (RCM)
